Digital-Based Civic Education Learning Strategies to Build Character and Strengthen Understanding of Pancasila Values

Abstrak
Perkembangan teknologi digital yang pesat telah mengubah pola pikir dan gaya belajar siswa, terutama generasi digital native. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan model pembelajaran Pendidikan Kewarganegaraan (PKn) berbasis digital yang efektif dalam menguatkan karakter siswa digital native dengan mengintegrasikan aspek teknologi, pedagogi, dan nilai-nilai kebangsaan, khususnya nilai persatuan dalam keragaman. Metode yang digunakan adalah systematic review dengan telaah dan evaluasi terstruktur terhadap literatur terkait pembelajaran digital, penguatan karakter, dan pemahaman nilai Pancasila. Data diklasifikasikan dan diseleksi secara kritis untuk memastikan relevansi dan kredibilitas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pembelajaran PKn berbasis digital dapat meningkatkan motivasi, keterlibatan, dan kompetensi digital siswa sekaligus menanamkan nilai-nilai karakter kebangsaan secara efektif. Model pembelajaran ini menyesuaikan dengan karakteristik generasi digital native melalui desain yang fleksibel, interaktif, dan berorientasi pada pengembangan moral knowing, moral feeling, dan moral action. Kendala seperti terbatasnya infrastruktur dan kesiapan guru perlu diatasi agar implementasi lebih optimal. Implikasi penelitian ini adalah model pembelajaran PKn berbasis digital yang dikembangkan dapat menjadi panduan praktis bagi guru dan lembaga pendidikan dalam menghadapi tantangan pendidikan era digital, sekaligus memperkuat karakter kebangsaan siswa sebagai generasi yang adaptif dan berbudaya digital. Model ini juga memperkuat upaya menjaga persatuan dan keberagaman Indonesia di tengah perkembangan teknologi yang cepat.
