Peran Pemuda Melalui Learning Community dalam Menghadapi Perubahan Iklim di Kota Pekalongan

Abstrak
The purpose of this article is to address the challenges of climate change affecting the world, particularly in the city of Pekalongan. As an antithesis to the problem of climate change, the author formulates the role of youth through learning communityin addressing climate change in Pekalongan City. Until now, the public has assumed that climate change is caused by God's wrath and other myths. As a result, the public tends to be resigned and blame the government and circumstances without self-awareness in knowledge about climate change. In addressing climate change, education about climate change is needed as an initial foundation for public self-awareness in dealing with it. The research method for this article is a literature study that examines all literature related to the research title variable. The results of this article explain the role of youth through learning communityin facing climate change in Pekalongan City, this can be done using the CTL strategy (Contextual Teaching and Learning) climate change, grumungan disaster management, grumungan waste management, and campaigning for climate change content on social media. The results of this study can provide new information about the role of youth through learning community can be a solution in the process of educating the public in dealing with climate change in Pekalongan City.
