Carefully Read the Submission Guidelines as Follows:

  1. Papers should be written in Bahasa or English.

  2. The length of submitted paper is at least 4 pages and no more than 12 pages.

  3. Use a reference management tool such as Zotero, Mendeley, or EndNote with IEEE citation style.

  4. The paper must conform to the Spektrum Industri template.

  5. You must log in and be registered to submit your paper.

  6. Supplementary files (e.g., graphs, pictures, images, videos, audio) may be uploaded to the journal server if necessary.

  7. You can upload a revised version if requested by the editor.

A. General Provisions

  1. The submission is original, plagiarism-free, and has a similarity index of less than 25% (checked using an internet-based plagiarism detector).

  2. The submission has not been previously published or accepted elsewhere.

  3. Manuscript should be typed with 1 spacing on A4 paper; Times New Roman font size 12; margins of 2 cm on all sides.

  4. Use single-column layout.

  5. Manuscript must be written in English.

  6. All co-authors and related authorities (e.g., institutions, sponsors) must approve the submission.

  7. Please download and use the journal’s template.

  8. Manuscripts should not exceed 4,500 words, including references (excluding appendices).

B. Systematic Structure of Original Article

Title

  • Must be concise, specific, and informative (15–20 words).

  • Author names (without academic degrees) must include affiliation, institution, address, zip code, and country.

  • Corresponding author’s contact (mobile, phone, fax, email) must be clear and valid.

Abstract

  • Written in English.

  • Maximum 200 words explaining objectives, methods, and key findings. No references allowed.

  • Include up to six keywords.

Introduction

  • Background of study.

  • Brief literature review, originality, and research objectives.

  • Problem statement or community needs addressed by the research.

Method

  • Describe methods used to achieve research objectives.

  • Explain data collection (sample, validity, reliability).

  • Describe analysis techniques.

  • State location, time, and duration.

Results, Discussion, and Impact

  • Focus on documentation of community empowerment activities.

  • Photos/images must be 300 dpi minimum in .jpg format.

  • Present results clearly with tables/numbers if needed (limit use).

  • Avoid including interpretation in the results section—discuss it in the next section.

  • Discussion should interpret findings with literature background, highlight new insights, and include clear assumptions.

Conclusion

  • Summarize discussion and state impacts of empowerment.

  • Offer suggestions for future programs.

  • Present original contributions (e.g., models, formulas, methods, supported by data).

Acknowledgment

  • Acknowledge contributors to the community program.

  • Clearly declare any conflicts of interest.

  • Mention funding sources, or state:
    "This study did not receive specific grants from funding agencies in the public, commercial, or non-profit sectors."

References

  • Use IEEE format and list references alphabetically.

  • Only include cited works.

  • Ensure accuracy and completeness.

  • Provide URLs where applicable.

  • Include 15–20 references; 80% must be journals published within the last 5 years.

  • Use reference managers such as Zotero, Mendeley, EndNote, etc.

All submissions must meet the following requirements.

  • This submission meets the requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines.
  • This submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration.
  • All references have been checked for accuracy and completeness.
  • All tables and figures have been numbered and labeled.
  • Permission has been obtained to publish all photos, datasets and other material provided with this submission.
